Parking in not allowed zones

In my community of “Santa Helena” the cars park all the time in the main avenue of my neighborhood (150 street) and they are not allowed to park there. Because they are hindering and obstructing the street. And they can get a penalty fee from the police.They park there mainly in the morning hours (9:00 a.m. to 12:30 m.) and in the afternoon (3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) because they go to lunch or do errands of all kinds and have nowhere to park so they have to park on the corners or in the street. Something that is important and we have to say is that this benefits some people as people who do not have jobs and take care of parked cars on the street.

En mi comunidad de "Santa Helena" los coches se estacionan todo el tiempo en la avenida principal de mi barrio (calle 150) y no se les permite estacionar allí. Porque están obstaculizando y obstruyendo la calle. Y pueden obtener una multa de la policía. Estos parquean ahi principalmente en horas de la mañana (9:00 a.m a 12:30 m.) y en la tarde (3:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m.) porque van a almorzar o a hacer diligencias de todo tipo y no tienen donde parquear entonces estas personas tienen que parquear en las esquinas on en la calle. Algo que hay que resaltar es que esto beneficia a algunas personas como personas que no tienen trabajos y cuidan a los autos parqueados en la calle.
