What is the problem about/De que se trata el problema

In my community “Santa Helena” the cars park in the bad way, so when you go in the main avenue you pass and there is not way to pass, because there are many cars in the sides of the street. I ask me ¿why they don’t look for a parking near they are? One day I was going to my house and there were a lot of cars in the street and my van, I can’t pass so I have to go through other way to arrive to my house and this was also with many cars but I can pass and I can arrive happy to my house.
This problem affects all the people that live in “Santa Helena” and the people (family, friends and messengers) that have cars, for example me, for my aunt, to my neighbor and more people. This affect them because they can not go to their destination easily because there are many cars and they can’t pass and they feel worried and Stressed. This is a problem because this affect the mobility of the community not only the cars can’t pass also it do that the cars stay locked, and the people that live in my community said that is a problem.Español
En mi comunidad "Santa Helena" los coches se estacionan en el mal camino, así que cuando vas en la avenida principal pasas y no hay forma de pasar, porque hay muchos coches en los lados de la calle. Me pregunto ¿por qué no buscan un estacionamiento cerca de ellos? Un día me iba a mi casa y había un montón de coches en la calle y mi camioneta, no puedo pasar por lo que tengo que pasar por otra forma de llegar a mi casa y esto fue también con muchos coches, pero puedo pasar y puedo llegar feliz a mi casa.
Este problema afecta a todas las personas que viven en "Santa Helena" ya la gente (familia, amigos y mensajeros) que tienen autos, por ejemplo yo, mi tía, mi vecino y más gente. Esto les afecta porque no pueden ir a su destino fácilmente porque hay muchos coches y no pueden pasar, se sienten preocupados y estresados. Esto es un problema porque esto afecta la movilidad de la comunidad no solo los autos no pueden pasar sino que hacen que los coches permanezcan bloqueados, y las personas que viven en mi comunidad dijeron que eso es un problema.
